Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Client Servicing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering high-quality outputs on time.

In this dynamic and collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in client management, communications, and project coordination. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver quality outputs and support the Unit Lead/Manager in client projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and requirements, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
  • Understand client objectives and provide actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Support the development of communication materials, such as briefing notes, presentations, and one-pagers.
  • Gather industry insights, case studies, and news to inform client deliverables.
  • Contribute to thought-leadership initiatives and reputation management efforts under guidance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of quality outputs.
  • Monitor progress, track timelines, and maintain processes to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, communications, PR, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong writing and presentation abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Awareness of digital media, influencers, and media landscapes, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with experience in creating engaging visual content.
