Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer Support Associate to join our team.

This role will provide exceptional personal support to the Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating meetings, preparing meeting papers, obtaining briefing notes, and taking minutes when required.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent personal assistance to the Director, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, and ensure timely distribution of documents.
  • Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings, capturing key decisions and actions items.
  • Maintain confidential records and schedules, ensuring sensitive information remains secure.
  • Assist in compiling data, reports, and presentations for meetings and other administrative tasks.
  • Represent the Management Team at internal and external meetings and events.
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

A Degree in Economics, Business Studies, Administration, or Management from a reputable university.

At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a similar role.

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of people.

Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by the Director.

Skills & Knowledge

The ideal candidate will possess:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Business Studies.

Demonstrated skills and knowledge in marketing and communications.

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, process-driven, and clarity of thought.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Advance PowerPoint.

Innovative and creative thinking.

Impeccable oral and written communication skills.

Relationship management skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum.
