About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Service Manager I to join our Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure (C&CI) area at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of monitoring services, including APIs and dashboards from Splunk, AppDynamics, and Nexthink.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the service in operation/maintenance via joint ownership with the respective architects/advisors/stakeholders during projects and changes
  • Act as the single point of contact for stakeholders/partners/vendors to collaborate and manage the execution of service tasks/activities
  • Drive continuous improvement of service processes, including vendor management, incident & problem management along with managing the service budget and licenses
  • Ensure good reporting on service performance and vendor performance with corrective actions as applicable
  • Ensure maintenance of compliance of the service and documentation through collaboration with internal stakeholder/quality responsible/partner

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of previous experience in IT service management role
  • 2+ years in performance monitoring services
  • 2+ years of experience in handling budget
  • Understands infrastructure concepts and environments
  • Experience with working with Agile framework
  • Good knowledge in ITIL (preferred)
