Technical Support Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead our technical support team, overseeing the entire request lifecycle from initial contact to resolution.

This key position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze data and develop strategies to improve processes and drive business outcomes. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 15 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in IT Helpdesk/Service Desk management in an enterprise environment.
  • ITIL certification and Microsoft/Azure certification are highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
