Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP design professional to lead our building services team. As Head - MEP Design, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire MEP lifecycle from concept to commissioning.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

">
  • ">
  • A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution">
  • 20+ years of experience managing MEP services for high-quality real estate developments (commercial, residential, retail, IT parks, etc.)">
  • A strong understanding of MEP services and hands-on experience in design, coordination, procurement, and site execution">
  • Expertise in HT/LT electrical installations, HVAC systems, plumbing, firefighting systems, and security and access control systems">

Desirable Experience & Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Planning MEP schedules for large projects, including time and resource allocation">
  • Monitoring, tracking, and controlling MEP timelines and execution progress">
  • Coordinating with consultants, agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution">
  • Oversight of installation, testing, commissioning, and final project close-out">
  • Ensuring adherence to industry standards and quality systems during execution">
  • Delivering projects in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner">

  • Knowledge of MEP design would be an added advantage">
  • A proven track record of value engineering and resource optimization in past projects">
  • A deep understanding of project planning, scheduling, and coordination">
  • Brief knowledge of financial concepts and project financing is beneficial">
