Domestic Partnerships Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to strengthen our domestic partnerships network across Central India.

This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with state tourism boards, attractions, and other key stakeholders.

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  2. 4–5 years of proven experience in partnerships, client relations, or business development (experience with state tourism boards or attractions strongly preferred)

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in client relationship management, partnerships, and business development, along with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partnership Development: Build and manage strong relationships with domestic partners including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  3. Meetings & Proposals: Conduct partner meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements aligned with strategic goals.
  4. Negotiations & Agreements: Lead discussions on contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies; ensure all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
  5. Sales & Revenue Targets: Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
  6. Travel & Representation: Represent the company in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across Central India.
  7. Market Intelligence: Monitor tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (product, supply, marketing) to ensure alignment on partner deliverables.
