Job Title: Director of Placement

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our institution as the Director of Placement, overseeing and managing multiple departments in various locations.

The university offers courses in Health Sciences, Agricultural Sciences, Engineering, Hotel Management, Business Management, Arts, and Science. It nurtures over 8,000 students and is a hub of activities involving the nation's who's who.

The campus offers excellent support facilities such as shopping, medical facilities, entertainment, and transportation. The campus is located near the Delhi border, offering convenient access to Indira Gandhi International Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing students for placements and ensuring their placement in programs.
  • Leading engagement activities from the pre-placement stage through the placement procedure.
  • Monitoring, controlling, and reporting progress.
  • Fostering industry connections with private sector companies, startups, recruitment firms, and HR consultants.
  • Networking through job portals and technology platforms.
  • Interacting with industries concerning career opportunities and employment trends.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors' degree in management, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Corporate Placements in NCR Region.
  • PAN India Network, multi-disciplinary university experience, Delhi – NCR Network base.
