Optimize Network Infrastructure as a Senior Network Specialist

This is a challenging role for an experienced professional to monitor network health, ensure maximum efficiency, and continuously seek opportunities for enhancement and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in multiple network/network security platforms, including wireless networks, firewalls, and IP networking technologies.

S/he will be responsible for monitoring network health, ensuring maximum network efficiency, providing rapid response to incidents, conducting effective troubleshooting, and minimizing downtime.

We are looking for a skilled professional with strong analytical, network, and troubleshooting skills who can handle and take ownership of critical issues until resolution.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused 'service first' mindset, and the ability to remain calm under pressure and when faced with adversity or urgent issues.

In this role, you will work on rotational shifts and days, handling network operations, troubleshooting, and taking ownership of critical issues and resolutions.

You will involve in ad-hoc enhancements, handle smooth network operations, and mix operational and implementation experience.

Mandatory Skills: Routers - Cisco, Switches - Aruba or Cisco Nexus, Palo Alto

Good to Have: Load Balancer (F5) or Proxy (Zscaler or Netskope), Cisco Nexus ACI
