Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI innovation lead to spearhead our internal AI initiatives and drive technology advancements throughout our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, implement, and deploy cutting-edge AI frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, Pinecone, Spacy, and Hugging Face.
  • Develop and refine NLP models using the OpenAI platform to meet specific use cases and requirements.
  • Utilize machine learning techniques to analyze and interpret data, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Architect, implement, and deploy Microservices/ML Pipelines on K8S and AWS Platforms delivered via a fully automated CI/CD pipeline.
  • Lead by example in building completed automated pipelines with a focus on test automation, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to accelerate integrating more and more AI capabilities into our products.
  • Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop AI solutions that meet their needs, balancing technical feasibility with business objectives.
  • Ensure the security and privacy of user data by implementing appropriate safeguards and staying informed on industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of total experience in software product development with at least 4 years of relevant technical expertise in architecting solutions around AI, NLP, data science, and deep learning.
  • Multiple years of experience building and supporting multi-tenant SaaS applications at scale.
  • A postgraduate degree with strong experience in research or equivalent job experiences with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience developing AI models in real-world environments and integrating AI using cloud-native or hybrid technologies into large-scale enterprise applications.
  • Expertise with Python Programming and comfortability with Node.js.
  • Good with both SQL and NoSQL databases and technologies.
  • Experience in leading teams without Authority.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
