Main Job Description

This role involves leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive business growth through AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Gen AI concepts, including large language models, agents, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions and provide strategic guidance.
  • Solution Architecture: Design scalable Gen AI and traditional AI/ML solutions based on client use cases, selecting appropriate architectures and platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present solution blueprints and roadmaps to business and technology leaders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Delivery Oversight: Guide and mentor delivery teams during design, development, and deployment, supporting pre-sales efforts by creating proposals and case studies.
  • Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay updated with the latest Gen AI models, tools, and industry use cases, building reusable accelerators and frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience: 12+ years of experience in AI/ML including deep learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and 2+ years of experience in building and deploying Gen AI-based solutions.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of Gen AI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, agents, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
