Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead for AI Innovation to lead the design, development, and deployment of Large Language Model (LLM) models and AI applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks, as well as experience with Azure AI services, including Cognitive search, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM models and AI applications
  • Leverage Azure AI services to build and deploy AI/Gen AI applications
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning/LLM/Gen AI libraries and frameworks
  • Carry hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks
  • Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks
  • Experience with Azure AI services, including Cognitive search, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning/LLM/Gen AI libraries and frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, or equivalent frameworks
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and embedding techniques
