Senior Influencer Marketing Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to spearhead our influencer marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty/wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Outreach & Campaign Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers across YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Content Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
  • Ensure that content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for performance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI) metrics.
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, product, and creative teams to align influencer activities with marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing and the beauty/wellness industry.
  • Identify emerging influencers and innovative campaign ideas.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in using influencer marketing tools such as HypeAuditor, Qoruz, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
