Marketing Professional Role Overview

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing the execution of influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish. This entails collaborating closely with creators, internal teams, and brands to ensure seamless campaign execution, timely delivery, and measurable results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Instagram and YouTube.
  • Identify suitable influencers based on campaign requirements and coordinate their involvement.
  • Maintain open communication with influencers regarding campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
  • E nsure all campaign content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Monitor live campaigns, track performance, and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign reports, performance trackers, and final delivery decks for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage invoicing, documentation, and database management for influencer collaborations efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform trends, influencer content styles, and best practices in campaign execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing (including internships).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interacting with influencers and clients.
  • Able to multitask and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content formats, and campaign tracking tools.
  • A problem-solving attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
