Role Overview

As we accelerate our expansion into Influencer Marketing related services, this role will play a pivotal part in driving growth and operational excellence across our organization's vertical.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our Influencer network and relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and seamless campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing client-centric proposals and pitch decks, along with comprehensive execution plans.
  • Maintaining tight timelines and understanding of relevancy as per the requirement.
  • Research, recruitment, and negotiation with Influencers, content creators, and celebrities.
  • Briefing, negotiating, and managing relationships with Influencers, content creators, and celebrities.
  • Maintaining a database of Influencers and adding new ones to the respective assigned category/genre.
  • Building strategic partnerships with third-party vendors, agencies & partners.
  • Coordinating with internal team members and external partners.
  • Achieving quarterly goals and targets of successful campaign execution.
  • Achieving high margins for all campaigns.
  • Reviewing and analyzing key metrics of campaigns and creating insightful reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Social Media Savvy.
  • At least 06 years of experience in influencer marketing (preferable) or social media.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS office (Emails, Excel, PPT, Word).
  • Good knowledge of social media insights & analytics.
  • Ability to work as a team and organize tasks effectively.
  • Smart negotiation and convincing tactics.
  • Well organized with great time management skills.
  • High interpersonal, coordination and relationship-building skills.
  • Client Servicing.
