Digital Pathology Support Engineer for EMEA Region

We are seeking a skilled Digital Pathology Helpdesk Engineer to join our EMEA Digital Pathology organization based in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote login. You will diagnose faults remotely, provide troubleshooting support, and fix issues accordingly. Record activities by logging data into customer service & relationship management systems. Work effectively and efficiently with multi-country/multi-language customers and Leica departments to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound routine Digital Pathology related queries from customer care & technical assistance
  • Raise calls to specialists or 3rd level support specialists if more in-depth knowledge is required
  • Update customer account records & Cases for the interventions performed
  • Support on-site engineer and follow through remotely to completion if on-site intervention is needed
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3+ years of experience in remote troubleshooting of software, database management skills, Windows Server 2008 - 2022, and virtual machines. You should also possess language skills - fluent in English. It would be beneficial if you have previous experience in Leica Biosystems digital pathology platform and/or 3rd party digital pathology platforms.
