Job Title: Lead Tester for Critical Controls

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing testing methodologies for critical controls across the organization. This will involve working closely with assurance functions to prioritize testing activities and identify gaps in controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing controls testing plans
  • Communicating and monitoring gaps in controls in line with organizational risk management processes
  • Collaborating with assurance functions across lines of defense
  • Supporting the development of testing methodologies, risk universe, and integrated reporting
  • Identifying and prioritizing testing activities as part of assurance planning process
  • Coordinating review process with stakeholders and managing control testing analysts
  • Presenting results to senior management and engaging in remediation activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, and innovative approach
  • Commercial and pragmatic approach, collaboration and consultation, and experience in scoping, executing, and reporting access management control testing
  • Education to degree level and 4+ years' experience in information security controls assurance or IT audit
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with experience working in a global environment
