Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to extract valuable insights from data, identify gaps, and develop solutions for high-impact business challenges across sales, product, and engineering functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Analysis: Perform in-depth analyses to uncover trends, correlations, and insights supporting business and product decisions.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools for stakeholders.
  • Predictive Modelling: Create statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization.
  • Collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to understand analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Communication: Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a product-based company.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to go the extra mile.
