Job Title: Market Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our research department, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth industry analysis, financial modeling, and providing actionable insights to institutional clients.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in equity research or industry research, preferably in the cement sector. You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing cement sector companies, industry trends, demand-supply dynamics, pricing, and capacity expansions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on the cement sector, including regulatory updates, market performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models for coverage companies.
  • Assist in preparing research reports, sector updates, and thematic studies.
  • Support client interactions with data-driven insights and presentations.
  • Monitor global and domestic macroeconomic developments impacting the sector.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and sector dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
