Advanced Analytics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced analytics professional to support our pharmaceutical clients. In this role, you will apply advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data (RWD) to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the full product lifecycle—from development to market launch and post-market monitoring—using advanced analytics to uncover key trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product strategies.
  • Develop and optimise automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Design and implement interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from reputable sources.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.
