As a Senior Manager GenAI, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, assessing existing ecosystems, and leading implementation for pharma clients in GenAI perspective.

Role: Senior Manager GenAI

This strategic leadership position requires a dynamic and experienced individual who can design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models for practical applications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Innovating using advanced GenAI technologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, OpenAI APIs) to address complex business challenges.
  • Implementing and managing end-to-end MLOps pipelines, including CI/CD, model monitoring, retraining workflows, and versioning.
  • Architecting and deploying scalable, cost-effective AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Developing and maintaining robust APIs for seamless AI/ML integration into enterprise systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.

A successful candidate should possess:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment, including leadership roles.
  • Good knowledge in machine learning and Generative AI, especially content generation using AWS Bedrock and OpenAI based models.
  • Proficiency in working with GenAI tools and technologies such as LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Streamlit, and vector databases.

Additional qualifications include strong experience in building scalable (Gen) AI applications on AWS and good knowledge in Python for data science, as well as Streamlit for rapid deployment of prototypes. Experience working in an agile and international environment is also beneficial.
