Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Systems Specialist to join our team at ADCI - Karnataka. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our software systems.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in software development with technical support experience, as well as experience scripting in modern programming languages. You should also be familiar with UNIX/Linux operating systems and distributed applications/enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing support for incoming tickets, including extensive troubleshooting tasks, covering multiple products, features, and services.
- Working on operations and maintenance-driven coding projects primarily in Ruby, Rails, Java, Python, or shell scripts, AWS, web technologies projects.
- Supporting software deployment in staging and production environments.
- Developing tools to aid operations and maintenance.
- Reporting system and support status.
- Owning one or more digital products or components.
- Notifying customers and coordinating workflows to maintain service level agreements.
- Working with the support team for handing-off or taking over active support issues and creating a team-specific knowledge base and skill set.
Location
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of Bengaluru, KA, IND. However, we encourage all qualified candidates to apply, regardless of their location.
Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
