Account Management Executive

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a proactive and driven professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying and engaging potential leads, and proposing tailored solutions from our product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account management strategies to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales outreach and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and support to clients.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, including sales activities and pipeline progress.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
  • Prior experience in the SaaS domain is preferred, while e-commerce experience is a bonus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
