Job Overview

  • A top-level legal professional is required to lead the Office of Integrity and Compliance, Legal Department.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Regulatory Compliance: Interpret new regulations and laws by reviewing and analyzing proposed state legislation and regulations. Derive policy administration, trainings, and regular communications to enhance and grow compliance programs in line with industry best practices.
  2. Investigations and Remediation: Effectively handle complaints & investigations and remediation process.
  3. Collaboration and Advisory: Collaborate with various functions like facilities & infra, govt. relations, finance & HR, and sales & delivery functions to assist in expansion agenda. Advise on public policy, working closely with the Govt. relations team.
  4. Business Solutions: Demonstrate ability to effectively identify legal solutions to solve complex business issues and advise internal customers with precise and clear counsel.

Requirements

  1. 14-18 years of relevant experience in a legal & compliance role.
  2. Exposure to Compliance Regimes: Exposure to compliance and regulatory regimes applicable to Infosys, such as Whistleblower Regulations, Anti-Bribery - Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Confidentiality, and commensurate processes and controls.
