NetSuite Technical Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant with expertise in NetSuite to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering NetSuite solutions, including customization, scripting, integrations, and support case resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing scripting based on JavaScript and NetSuite requirements
  • Hands-on experience in Suite Cloud development environment
  • Well-versed with Suite Builder, Suite Flow & Suite Analytics, Suite Talk, and Suite Scripts
  • Documenting business & technical requirements
  • Authoring detailed design/specification documents capturing workflow processes, use cases, exception handling, and test cases
  • Developing custom code using Suite Script to meet business requirements
  • Code debugging & troubleshooting in an effective direction
  • Experience with NetSuite Integration with 3rd party applications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or information technology
  • NetSuite development experience using Suite Script 2.0, including Client Scripts, User event Scripts, Map/Reduce Scripts, and Suite Let
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, design, coding, and debugging skills
  • Background in software programming, including JavaScript, HTML, using methodologies such as DOM, CSS, and OO
  • Database knowledge, including Oracle and SQL
  • Skilled in integration approaches & strategies, preferably hands-on experience in web services (XML, SOAP, WSDL, etc.)
  • NetSuite overall functions/modules
  • Able to conduct research to find the best possible solution for any given requirement
  • Sense of ownership and possess teamwork skills
  • Documentation skills (MS project, Visio, word, excel & G-suite)
  • NetSuite Foundation certification is a plus
  • Suite Cloud Developer certification is a plus
