Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead our team in developing and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development methodologies, quality models, and enterprise content management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable, multithreaded, and secure n-tier architectures
  • Develop project budgets, schedules, and multi-generational project plans to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize project activities and manage resources effectively
  • Lead change efforts by challenging others to continuously improve and fostering new solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of software development methodologies like Waterfall, Iterative, Prototyping, Agile using XP and SCRUM
  • Experience with Microsoft .Net Technologies, HRMIS, and Accounting software
  • Good design and architecture skills using n-tier architectures or SOA-based applications
  • Working experience in designing and architecting web-based solutions using VB.Net, ASP.Net, AJAX, JavaScript, Adv. Java, J2EE, etc. development technologies
  • Knowledge of SQL and Oracle database
