We are seeking a proactive Backend Developer cum Tester who embodies the ethos of 'dev owns quality' and excels in collaborative teamwork. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various domains and technologies, with a focus on Telecom BSS/OSS, and proficiency in writing clean, bug-free code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely collaborate within and across teams to ensure the seamless functioning of one or more critical backend modules with exposed interfaces.
  • Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of distributed systems and microservices.
  • Proficiency in concepts related to message buses, multi-threading, and thread synchronization.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Programming Languages: Python
  • Web Framework: Django, OpenAPI/Swagger
  • Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL
  • Public Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Hands-on experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
  • Strong understanding of message buses, multi-threading, and thread synchronization.

Additional Skills (Desirable):

  • Hands-on experience with middleware technologies, including Node.js.
  • Exposure to software development within the telecom domain.
