Chief Information Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the Security Operations Center (SOC). The successful candidate will have prior experience configuring, managing, operating, and administering various SIEM & EDR managed platforms.
The SOC Engineer L2 plays a pivotal role in advising clients on the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of SIEM tool Qradar. This includes leveraging expertise to design and implement tailored solutions that meet unique cybersecurity requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, operate, and administer SIEM & EDR managed platforms
- Advise clients on SIEM tool Qradar implementation, optimization, and maintenance
- Design and implement tailored solutions for client-specific cybersecurity requirements
- Develop metrics and trends using SIEM tool Qradar within Security Operations Suite
- Build custom parsers, dashboards, and use cases
- Develop Smart Response Scripts using PowerShell
- Map security controls and SIEM alerts to Smart Response plug-ins
- Analyze system health and develop reports
Requirements:
- 5-7+ years' experience developing metrics and trends using SIEM tool Qradar
- Experience with SIEM tools like QRadar, EDR tools like CrowdStrike, Carbon black, MS Defender
- Prior experience defining, documenting, and implementing security-relevant log information delivery, parsing, reporting, and retention
- Certifications: CEH, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, CCNP, IBM Certified Analyst, Security Qradar SIEM 7.5
- Solid knowledge of Network technologies, Security technologies, encryption, data protection, access control, Microsoft Windows, Linux systems
