Job Overview

The Group Finance Director will lead the overall financial management of an organization, overseeing strategic planning, reporting, compliance, risk management, and investor relations.

About This Role

This position involves leading and managing the financial operations across group entities and global business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.

The role requires collaboration with the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term growth strategies, as well as providing financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and oversee financial operations across group entities and global business units.
  2. Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  3. Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
  5. Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  6. Provide financial insights to support M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions.
  7. Build and lead a high-performing finance team across multiple locations.
  8. Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors on long-term growth strategies.
  9. Manage relationships with auditors, investors, financial institutions, and key stakeholders.
  10. Implement strong internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
  11. Monitor and optimize cash flow, working capital, and return on investment (ROI).
