We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce professional to join our team. As an E-Commerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer engagement, and optimizing the online shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase revenue and customer loyalty
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve website user experience and conversion rates
- Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through exceptional customer service
To succeed in this role, you will need:
