Technical Leadership Position

This exciting opportunity will challenge and engage a technical leader to drive strategic initiatives forward.

  • Conduct various technical activities within area of expertise using reliable solutions to meet site/project objectives.
  • Maintain equipment through regular maintenance & calibration activities, commissioning projects at site level.
  • Supervise plant engineering team providing technical assistance ensuring optimal maintenance, repair, and modifications.
  • Design execution and hand-over projects within cost, time schedule, quality, and functionality within technical area of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with industrial standards and guidelines by implementing preventive maintenance plans and corrective repairs to equipment problems.

Participate in reliability reviews of new projects, execute infrastructure/civil work tasks in the production plant.

Supervise change over operations for production equipment to improve productivity, coach/motivate new team members.

Responsible for project HSE management, executing safety reviews, and aligning projects with stakeholders.

Apply state-of-the-art technical solutions while adhering to compliance standards and regulations.

Develop and implement projects through various stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation.

What You'll BringEssential Requirements
  • Experience in OSD Oncology facility in a pharmaceutical company.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supervisory capacity.
  • Experience handling containment machinery.
