Project Coordinator Role

At Egon Zehnder, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling meetings, workshops, and other project-related gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and other project-related gatherings.
  • Prepare agendas for meetings and distribute them to relevant participants in advance.
  • Attend meetings and create accurate minutes of meetings (MoM) to document discussions, decisions, and action items.
  • Follow up on action items discussed in meetings to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of assignments, deadlines, and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with project leads, managers, and team members to track assignments and milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  • Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and task prioritization as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including document management and file organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in information technology or cybersecurity-oriented project coordination, administration, or similar roles.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and collaboration platforms.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
