About This Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager to provide strategic legal guidance to senior stakeholders on optimizing debt management processes.

You will oversee and resolve debt-related disputes and litigation, coordinating with external counsel when needed.

Conduct in-depth legal research to support litigation strategies and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Collaborate with internal business, compliance, and legal teams to create practical solutions aligned with business objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with external legal partners and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth legal operations.

  • Advise senior stakeholders on legal strategies for optimizing debt management processes.
  • Oversee and resolve debt-related disputes and litigation.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to support litigation and ensure compliance.
  • Work with internal teams to create practical solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and regulatory bodies.
Must Have Qualifications
  • Experience in litigation processes and relevant laws and regulations in India.
