Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Associate Director, Production to lead our production team. This senior role involves overseeing end-to-end production processes and client relationships, driving growth and profitability.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires a proven track record in production and client servicing, preferably within the BFSI sectors. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Manage all stages of production projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and empower a team of producers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring effective project management.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure all internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with company standards.
Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably within the BFSI sectors.
