About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic product development team.

As a Product Owner, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering cutting-edge healthcare products that address critical market needs and provide exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market needs, customer pain points, and regulatory requirements within the healthcare domain.
  • Collaborate with product leadership to define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare-focused solutions.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the highest value features and epics.
  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, concise, and actionable user stories.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, facilitating effective communication and managing expectations.
  • Participate actively in all agile ceremonies and provide guidance and clarification to the development team throughout the sprint cycle.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar product management role, with a significant portion of this experience directly within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical processes, regulatory landscapes, and common healthcare IT systems.
  • Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Scrum Product Owner certification is a plus.
