Your Key Responsibilities:
  • You will assemble, test, and maintain converters to ensure efficient production processes and uphold quality and safety standards.
  • You will interpret and understand assembly drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) to deliver results accurately.
  • Maintaining 5S standards in your work area and comprehending SF6 gas handling equipment arrangements are crucial aspects of this position.
  • Fostering a quality culture for defect-free assembly output and optimizing resource utilization through effective team coordination are essential skills.
  • You will adhere to basic assembly rules, proper processes, and regular housekeeping while participating in Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 1-3 years of experience would be ideal for this role.
  • You must be able to read and understand manufacturing and assembly drawings effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of switchgear and substation components is necessary for this position.
  • We are looking for a strong team player with a positive learning attitude and professional communication skills.
  • Knowledge of environmental health and safety regulations and lean manufacturing principles is highly valued.
  • Strong digital literacy with self-directed learning capabilities is required for success in this role.
