Description:

This is a dynamic opportunity to join our organization as a Strategic Industry Specialist. As part of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the chemicals and materials domain.

  • You will strive to achieve defined revenue and cost goals, build winning research solutions for client business problems, and design commercial frameworks.
  • Actively participate in tasks related to business development with senior colleague support, participate in marketing outreach programs, and initiate industry/capability decks, white papers, thought papers, articles, case studies.
  • Lead in building, developing, training, and mentoring a team of senior analysts, analysts, and associates specialized in offering techno-commercial research & advisory services.
  • Accountable for handling all client communication, including kick-off calls, deliverable presentations, feedback calls.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in chemical & material or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum six years of experience in business research or consulting type engagements.
  • Past experience in primary research, ability to train team members, improve their primary research skills, and manage end-to-end business research or consulting engagements.
  • Experience in handling a team of qualified professionals, excellent knowledge of Market Analysis, Business Analysis, Technology Analysis, Competitor Intelligence, Management Frameworks, Advanced MS Office, Forecasting, and Business Writing.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management in an effective, proactive manner.
