Job Summary:

We are seeking an Assembly and Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work under general supervision to consult with professional engineering or scientific personnel on the objectives or parameters of technical projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include fabricating, assembling, installing, and testing various product assemblies, components, and materials. You will follow established methods to identify and select components, equipment, and materials mentioned in provided data.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliverables: Assemble and test product assemblies such as solenoid valves, LVDTs, RVDTs, potentiometers, resolvers, etc., according to technical drawings, schematics, and other instructions.

  • Maintain the basic process workflow of sub-components, raw materials, jigs-fixtures, tools, etc., for assembly and testing as per specified standards.

  • Inspect assembled parts and products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

  • Engage in cross-functional discussions with global stakeholders with a focus on collaboration and effective communication.

  • Solder electronic components and coils according to industry-standard guidelines.

  • Analyze design deficiencies or malfunctions, determining alternative designs, methods, materials, and equipment as needed.

  • Complete necessary paperwork, including production logs and defects reports.
