Unlock your full potential as a seasoned Cloud Support Engineer in a dynamic environment where you will play a pivotal role in implementing, managing, and supporting cloud deployments, systems, and services to ensure high levels of availability, redundancy, and business continuity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge base, a customer-centric attitude, mentoring skills, and ownership. They will work closely with automation tools and processes such as Azure Dev/Ops, continuous integration, and automation of infrastructure components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted security advisor, participating in high-value customer engagement
  • Build, deploy, and manage Virtual Machines, PaaS services like Analytics, and automation in the Azure Cloud environment
  • Lead and act as an SME for Azure platforms (IaaS, Intune/Autopilot) within the IT operations team
  • Create deployment guides, Standard operating procedures, and perform Knowledge transfers to other members in the team

Additional responsibilities include experience with performing backups, upgrading, performance tuning, monitoring, alerting, deployments, and disaster recovery within the Azure cloud environment. This includes implementing and conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly health checks for the Cloud environment and all other integration platforms.

What You'll Bring:
  • Computer Science or Information Technology degree or diploma, or equivalent industry experience
  • Up to 7 years of experience in Server and Cloud Administration
  • Microsoft Azure Certification is a MUST (AZ100 or AZ300 preferred)
  • VMWare Virtualization Certification is an Asset
  • Programming language experience is nice to have
