White-Force Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior / Lead Visual Designer to drive the company's creative vision and execution.

This role will involve defining the design language, building brand guidelines, leading a small team of creatives, and staying hands-on with high-quality design work.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and overseeing social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral that strengthen brand presence and deliver business impact.

They will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across all channels, while driving innovation and setting new creative benchmarks for the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for the brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, writers, and video editors to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.
  • Streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire breakthrough creative ideas.
  • Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of relevant creative experience in a brand or agency ecosystem.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of relevant software and tools.
  • Understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, emailers, and marketing assets.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative story-teller, high on EQ.
