Job Description

You will work with software development engineers, hardware engineers, field support engineers, product managers, and software test engineers to analyze customer requirements and use cases. This role provides opportunities to create real impact in Software Defined (SD) branch, SD-WAN, Cloud IT services, and virtualization technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create software test plans and validate that the product meets customer's requirements.
  • Collaborate with customer support and engineering teams to address escalated customer issues.

What You Need to Succeed:

To be successful in this role, you will need BE/B.Tech/ME/M. Tech with networking industry experience, proven expertise in creating test methodologies, and strong knowledge in one or more areas such as Ethernet, RSTP/MSTP, VLANs, IP Routing, TCP/IP, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, IGMP, PIM SM/SSM, QoS, L2-L3 protocols, Platform validation, HA, QOS, network management.
