Job Title: Mass Retail Distribution Head

In this role, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing the circle mass distribution strategy. This includes achieving gross and net acquisition targets in the distribution channel, attaining market leadership through growth in revenues and market share, and complying with agreed quality of additions and corporate policy guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of distribution experience in Telecom/FMCG/Mass Retail Distribution industry, multi-geography team leadership experience, and experience in distribution planning and channel strategy implementation. Additionally, they should be able to lead channels with large numbers of partners of varying sizes and complexity, manage dynamic high-uncertainty environments, and possess influencing skills, analytical and commercial ability, effective relationship management skills, and proven ability to function within a matrix-organization.

Responsibilities include providing inputs to the overall circle sales strategy, setting targets for the distribution channel, developing channel expansion strategies, and planning new product launches. They must also achieve circle revenue targets, expand the distribution network, provide COCA/incentive plans for channel partners, and implement national initiatives. Furthermore, they are responsible for identifying development areas, recommending training programs/interventions, working with the SEM team on training programs, and sharing best practices within and outside the circle.
