Job Title: Manager - Warehouse Operations Retail

This is a dynamic and challenging role for an experienced professional to oversee the retail and last mile delivery functions for e-commerce brands or platforms.

  • The successful candidate will have expertise in managing retail operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and store operations.
  • Strong analytical skills are required to analyze store inward, outward, and find root causes of issues.
  • The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate between store and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
  • Negotiation and handling day-to-day operations with 3rd party logistics and last mile delivery operators is also essential.
  • The candidate will be responsible for processing invoicing and E-waybilling, reconciling transporter billing and invoices, and generating MIS reports and circulating them to respective departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage retail and last mile delivery functions for e-commerce brands or platforms.
  • Handle entire retail operation and warehouse operation.
  • Ensure strong SOP adherence.
  • Coordinate between store and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
  • Negotiate and handle day-to-day operations with 3rd party logistics and last mile delivery operators.
  • Process invoicing and E-waybilling.
  • Reconcile transporter billing and invoices.
  • Analyze store inward, outward, and find root causes of issues.
  • Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies, reporting any issues.
  • Short inventory received at stores and vice versa.
  • Inventory closing of inventory movements between stores and warehouses.
  • Follow up with stores, logistics, and other teams.
  • Generate MIS reports and circulate to respective departments.
  • Manage the core team of warehouse operations retail.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews using operational metrics and reports.
