Operations Support Associate

The role of an Operations Support Associate is vital in ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively. In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing daily shifts, overseeing the administrative tasks associated with a team of associates, allocating jobs to them, monitoring their productivity, quality, and safety performance.

  • Effectively manage daily shift operations.
  • Administer the management of associates, including job allocation, mentoring, and training.
  • Maintain accurate counts and problem-solve queues.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement corrective action plans as necessary.
  • Prepare and execute training and development programs for associates.
  • Audit work stations on a daily basis to ensure compliance with 4M and 5S standards.
  • Assume Area Manager responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English language (reading, writing, speaking).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
