Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer Observability

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer Observability to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and highly available systems that meet the needs of our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with a focus on reliability and observability. You will work closely with our development teams to identify and resolve issues that impact the overall performance and reliability of our systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and highly available systems that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues that impact the overall performance and reliability of our systems.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to ensure timely detection and resolution of issues.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement changes to our systems that improve reliability and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other teams to help them improve their understanding of system reliability and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related field.
  • Strong background in software engineering, with a focus on reliability and observability.
  • Experience with cloud-based systems and containers (e.g. Kubernetes).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
