Backend Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced backend engineer with expertise in designing and building scalable systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our backend applications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable backend applications using Node.js (NestJS) and TypeScript.
  • Design and implement robust GraphQL APIs and system integrations.
  • Architect and optimize backend systems on Azure Container Apps to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Implement Azure OpenAI integrations and OCR pipelines to enhance business capabilities.
  • Work on both monolithic and microservices-based architectures to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Design and integrate event-driven, real-time systems with WebSocket connections to improve user experience.
  • Ensure 90–95% unit test coverage for all code developed to maintain software quality.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver secure, enterprise-level solutions that meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of backend engineering experience.
  • Strong expertise in Node.js (NestJS framework preferred) and TypeScript with a focus on scalable architecture.
  • Hands-on experience in GraphQL API design, implementation, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL and Azure cloud services.
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI integrations and OCR pipelines.
  • Proven background in monolithic and microservices architectures.
  • Ability to deliver maintainable code with strong problem-solving skills.
