Technical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Leader to join our team and drive the technical direction of our agentic AI platform. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for designing scalable, reliable backend infrastructure that powers automation workflows.

Our ideal candidate has a strong track record in leading engineering teams and projects with high accountability and ownership. They have experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments, as well as a proven ability to design and scale complex systems and APIs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building foundational AI products that solve real operational problems in healthcare. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver into real-world hospital environments and contribute to company-wide decisions as a core member of the leadership team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the architecture and development of our agentic AI platform
  • Design scalable, reliable backend infrastructure that powers automation workflows
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing, distributed engineering team
  • Collaborate closely with product, operations, and implementation teams to deliver into real-world hospital environments
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience)
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership
