Job Title: Resiliency Tester

As a Resiliency Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and fault tolerance of our enterprise-grade applications and infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing and implementing resiliency-focused testing strategies that simulate real-world disruptions and uncover vulnerabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios to validate fault tolerance and high availability.
  • Perform stress, load, chaos, and failure testing to identify performance bottlenecks and propose enhancements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze test results and provide actionable insights and risk assessments.
  • Monitor system behavior during disruption scenarios and recommend improvements in design or operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in software testing, QA, or systems engineering with a focus on resiliency testing.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, networking concepts, and database management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Apache JMeter, Rational Performance Tester.
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming languages such as Python and Java.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with DevOps, engineering, and infrastructure teams.
