Job Description

  • We are seeking a skilled Technical Professional to join our team. As a key member of our deployment team, you will be responsible for deploying and operating end-to-end microservices based Order fulfillment components products in Azure and GCP environments with customer focus.
  • This role requires hands-on experience with Cloud and automation tools/technologies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google CI/CD tool suites; IaaS, PaaS, SaaS tool suites; other tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, InSpec, Jenkins, GitHub/BitBucket, Artifactory, Maven, Docker & Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with product and cloud architects to design automated pipelines to support SaaS delivery and operations in Azure (AKS) and GCP cloud platforms.
  • Provide technical feedback to engineering regarding product changes and enhancements.
  • Deploy and automate deployment as well as monitor the client solution; make sure the client environments are up and meet the response time SLAs.
  • Plan upgrades and execute towards the goal of moving all the clients to the latest version of the software.
  • Make sure the deployments are secure and work with security team to harden the environments and fix any security vulnerabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree and 7+ years of equivalent experience in technology related field.
  • 3+ year of experience in AKS/GKS, Jenkins, DevOps, Terraform Groovy, and Automation.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident management, Request fulfilment, Change management, RCAs).
  • Hands-on experience and/or significant familiarity with Cloud and automation tools/technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, InSpec, Jenkins, GitHub/BitBucket, Artifactory, Maven, Docker & Kubernetes.
