Job Description:

We are seeking a Student Counsellor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in helping students navigate the complexities of studying abroad.

  1. You will be responsible for shortlisting universities based on course, rankings, specialization, location preference, and financial ability of the student/parent.
  2. You will provide impartial and honest advice to students on studying abroad, leveraging your passion for empowering them to achieve their academic goals.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential - both written and verbal.
  4. You will be proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and have good typing skills.
  5. You will maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  6. You will deliver engaging talks/presentations on behalf of Edvoy in webinars, seminars, and virtual counseling sessions via Zoom and Google Meet.
  7. You will offer clear and accurate information to students, addressing all inquiries promptly and professionally.
  8. You will adapt to flexible working hours to meet the needs of the company.

Key Requirements:

* Prior experience in counselling students, preferably from the study abroad sector.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
