Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitch premium programs and certifications that boost employability in finance and position learners for success.
  • Build strong rapport via calls, emails, and consistent follow-ups to ensure learner satisfaction.
  • Own and exceed sales targets through consultative selling by leveraging industry insights and expert knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in EdTech sales, career counseling, or consultative roles with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage with learners and stakeholders.
  • Experience in selling high-ticket or premium education offerings is a plus, but not required.
  • Understanding of finance, investment banking, or accounting careers is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Proficient with CRM tools and lead tracking systems to stay organized and focused.
  • Goal-driven with a passion for learner success and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
